“The Secretary of State has announced that there will be no more flogging of the dead horse till after Easter.
“Surely now is the time to face reality: mandatory coalition will never work. It is time to bury it.
“Belfast Agreement devolution has been patched together time without number. It is long past the point where we must recognise that it cannot work and move on.”
