Statement by TUV leader Jim Allister:-
“With the rest of the U.K. every day leaving Northern Ireland further and further behind in easing COVID restrictions, it is imperative that at tomorrow’s review the Executive gets with the programme. Our people cannot be left in the doldrums of restrictions while the rest of the country embraces freedom.
“There are multiple issues on which we need to see movement, not least of which relates to sport fixtures and spectator attendance, public gatherings of sizeable proportions, meeting indoors, social distancing and freedom for church and like gatherings.
“It is time to lift the burden.”
