Launching a short video on the Protocol, TUV leader Jim Allister said it was important for every unionist to understand not just the constitutional detachment created by the Protocol but the corollary of how it will build an all Ireland.
This is what this video addresses, the transition out of the U.K. through economic fusion into the Republic by, step by step, aligning our laws, trade and commerce via the same prevailing EU laws as govern Dublin.
This is a one directional stepping stone process to which the restoration of Stormont is central, because it delivers unionists in government implementing their own detachment from the U.K. Hence the folly of being bought or persuaded to do the Protocol’s work.
