“Some media outlets are labelling the current Judicial Review challenge to the Protocol as Jim Allister’s case. It is not. This is a pan-unionist challenge, thankfully supported by all unionist parties, itself confirmation that the undemocratic Protocol has no consent or support from any quarter of Unionism. Therein is its political strength.”
