“Congratulations to Team Resolute, of which Harland & Wolff are part, on being selected as the preferred bidder to construct support ships for the Royal Navy.
“This is great news for the company, for Belfast and Northern Ireland and reminds us that Harland & Wolff not only have an iconic place in industrial history but are still making a major contribution to shipbuilding in the 21st century.
“It is fantastic that this work will be carried out in the U.K. with a Belfast company playing a key part in delivery of the project.”
