Statement by TUV Bannside councillor Timothy Gaston:
“The glorification by Sinn Fein MP Francie Molloy and Mid Ulster MLA Emma Sheerin of the vile murderer of young Ballymena mother, Yvonne Dunlop, is beyond sick.
“What did Yvonne Dunlop do to deserve to be burnt to death by McIlwee and his cohorts? Yet, to this day IRA/Sinn Fein defend and glory in such vicious terrorism, while their leader claims that she aspires to be “First Minister for all”. Indeed, just last week O’Neill claimed that their was “no alternative” to such barbarity!
“All Unionists should make it unambiguously clear that they will not facilitate the imposition of Ms O’Neill on the Assembly. Her party has demonstrated beyond doubt its unfitness to hold such a position.”
