TUV leader Jim Allister said:
“Today’s much hyped joint statement between the EU and U.K. ending up signifying nothing, certainly nothing to address the sovereignty grab of the Protocol. Unless and until these constitutional issues are addressed, there can be no progress.
“The reality is that these talks are incapable of advancing the issue because they are only about the operation of the Protocol, not its content.”
