Matthew Warwick

As a councillor, Matthew Warwick represents the Braid area, now part of the East Antrim constituency. He studied History at Queen’s University, Belfast.

After teaching for several years, he has been employed as Education Officer with the Ulster-Scots Community Network since 2008. Matthew is a BB Officer and member of Connor Presbyterian Church.

A member of Castlegore Amateur Flute Band, Matthew serves on the committee of the Flute Band Association of N.I. He also has a keen interest in Lambeg drumming and fifing. An active member of the Loyal Orders, he holds office in Ballymena District LOL No. 8.
