Statement by TUV leader Jim Allister:

“Having been in receipt of complaints concerning a concerted Sinn Fein campaign of erecting unauthorised signs on departmental poles in the Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Council area I have written to the Permanent Secretary of Department of Infrastructure about the issue.

“Rather than serving any useful purpose it is clear that the signs are designed to mark territory.

“This blatant challenge to your authority requires a robust response. So, what is being done to retake control of signage in these areas?”
