“Even when Stormont was operating there were major issues with lack of pothole repairs, but budgets now drying up is a direct consequence of the Stormont shambles.
“However, the answer lies in the Secretary of State getting on with the business of passing a Budget through Westminster. Dragging his heels in the hope of exerting pressure on local failed politicians is both disreputable and unfair to all road users and taxpayers.
“So, get in with it Mr Brokenshire.”
